Most recently we had an issue where a contractor incorrectly measured a roof which meant that the project was going to be unexpectedly delayed into bad weather--not good ! Chrissy was able to have her team expedite the manufacturing of the metal (they were already busy but managed to fit the job in regardless) so we were able to complete the project before the rain came.
