(November 20, 2021, 5:41 pm)Took my toddler on a walk around the pond at Brown's Summit. It was the perfect distance for a two year old, and the trail was easy. The leaves were absolutely beautiful. Only saw two other people on the trail.

(September 23, 2021, 7:19 pm)Nice trail. Easy, few roots or rocks, level. Very clean-no litter. Nice picnic areas and clean restrooms. No potable water on site.
(September 16, 2021, 4:39 pm)There are trashcans and restrooms at the office. Information available at the office and they can answer any trail questions you have. There's a Free Little Library at the office as well. Plenty of trail options. Cabins to stay in in looked great. The lake was quite pretty and they have rentals as well. The boardwalk was nice. Saw plenty of fungi and flowers as well as some wildlife.
(September 15, 2021, 6:25 am)Attended a meeting there. Beautiful place. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms were adequate. Food was quite good. Facility was great. Did not have time to walk the trails, but will return to do that
