“Givens can do some hair I got mine done yesterday. But, their customer service is really bad. I don't know if they don't realize or if they just don't care but speaking French loudly across your head while getting your hair done is not good customer service. It's annoying. And no one says hello, how are you nothing. Those are the cons. The pro's are I got exactly what I wanted. Their prices are fair and I was a walk in wanting a very extensive style. And they gave me what I wanted. But their customer service needs to improve. Act a little nicer like you enjoy doing hair. That would be my only complaint.”

“The lady actually fixed what another nail lady messed up. She understands English and she makes sure i get what i want and doesnt continue to suggest different stuff for me. I simply went in and asked her for a Polish change bc the nail salon in kannapolis in cloverleaf plaza messed my nails up. She took very good care of me and she didnt speak chinese loudly across the room to the other nail lady. I will continue to go to this nail place to make sure my nails always look good and ill never go back to the nail salon in kannapolis again. This nail salon is extremely clean and very well kept. I love the staff and the quiet environment. Only thing i dont like is they open at 12pm on Sunday but at least they arent closed. She has blonde hair and has been with the same company for a long time. She definitely knows what she is doing and how to make her customers jappy. Just for a Polish change she got a $10 tip bc of how nice and respectful she was. I would reccomend this place to anyone. I ha4ve them 5 stars what will you give them.??”
