“I'm not sure about all the complaints. I usually go online and schedule appointments and it lets you see all the dr's available for sick visits. I had a recent medical issue and my Doc didn't have any available appts and I look at the schedule online(log into my atrium acct) and chose a next day Appt with Dr. Pittman. I've seen a few complaints about her and I have to say she was nothing like what I have read. Very competent, asked right questions, and I didn't have a wait, and my issues were addressed immediately. All I ever ask is that the Dr. Is good at being a Dr. Being kind is a bonus. I like her. Some complaints were about referrals to specialists, and unfortunately the days of HMO's are long gone. There you had facilities that had almost all specialists under one roof and the diagnostic equipment. I had to go elsewhere for certain tests and have to see "others" too. Maybe if we complained about the non seamless care to officials maybe things will change. Again. I have no complaints about this office.”

“I saw Dr. Narayanan because my regular doctor was out of the office. She had an excellent bedside manner and was so attentive to my concerns. She spoke to me with kindness and compassion and then examined me. Dr. Narayanan explained the medicine she was prescribing and assured me of no interactions with my current medications. Very nice doctor and I would recommend her if you need a PCP!”

Waiting room is warm and cozy and employees were very nice.Updated 1 week later: Husband took our 2nd car here for inspection on a week day this time. Waited 15 minutes. In and out, no problem. Kyle, the assistant manager, was able to resolve a slight misunderstanding in a very professional and caring manner. It is Under New Management currently and they are really taking positive steps to get this place fixed up and ready they really seem to be doing quite a good job. The office is being renovated the security systems being renovated and Anthony, the guy that's working the office there now is so incredibly helpful and Professional. The facility seems clean and organized and well maintained over alll. I would strongly suggest this place for your storage needs.”

“I have suffered from terrible maxillary sinus pain for approximately 20 yrs. I had been routinely been going to Dr Segarro for muscular neck pain. On my very last visit Of my treatment plan I mentioned pain at the base of my skull. Little did I know that the last treatment would lead to a saving grace. After the last treatment, I was pain free in my sinus areas. My primary care had referred me to an allergist. They wanted to do an array of allergy testing. Thanks to Dr Segarro’s adjustments, that was never needed. Trust in his care. I highly recommend his service and staff. ❤️”
