“Travis was recommended by a coworker of mine, so I decided to give him a call. I saw some negative reviews online, but wanted to at least meet with them to see how I felt about them. Within 5 minutes of meeting with Travis, my mind was at ease. He seemed very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. My wife and I had a leak from our dishwasher and had to replace all of the flooring on our main level. After going in circles with our insurance company waiting for everything to be approved, Integrity stepped in and helped us get it all resolved so that we can get our new flooring installed. The ladies in their office were awesome to deal with, and helped my wife find floors that she loves. Travis made the process as painless as possible for us. I can’t say enough about them and will surely be calling them back for the rest of the house when it’s time.”

Additionally I had an incident where I forgot one of my paid non perishable items. A week later I came back and they had it waiting for the customer to pick it up. Great store and staff.”
