“This location is usually pretty good. Always fresh salads and great fries. Being a vegetarian I have limited fast food options buy I can usually count on Zaxbys for a good salad. Unfortunately they obviously picked chicken off my last salad and the lettuce was soft. I realize I go to a chicken place for a salad and the occasional piece could get in with my food but this was obviously them trying to save a salad.”

“We had a very large party of 30 ppl that came in at 10 pm. They did the best they could considering the number in our party and the time. They were out of at least 2 different beers that some requested but other than that they were great! Food was good and checks were accurate. In fact, we were done eating and had our checks within 1 1/2 hours. That's really good for a 30 person party. Excellent job!!”

“Really laid back to chill spot. Doesn't look like a big establishment from the outside but it'll surprise you. There's room for parties of 6-8 but the setup of the place is somewhat awkward. We found an open space but still felt like we were in a corner. Furthermore, it's just not prime setup for TV sets. They had plenty but it's not optimized for viewing. Also, it's a little too chill. You don't wait for a waiter to seat you. You just seat yourself and somewhere in all the commotion, a waiter finds you. Not going to lie, it didn't take long but it's just uneasy wondering if they saw you or not. The menu was not over complicated but it didn't leave much out. Wings were jumbo sized and great price. I'd say the best price around the greater Charlotte area!!! They don't go light on any servings and again the prices weren't crazy. Definitely a cool spot and we'll be back again for sure.”

“I typically have a pleasant experience whenever I come here. The staff is friendly and typically easy to catch, and the food is always fast -- even when it's busy. The seating area is kept clean, which is definitely key. I hardly ever go through the drive through or sit in my car when I visit here, I prefer to eat outside on the benches. The bathrooms are kept pretty cold, but they're relatively clean considering both staff and outside guests use them. I primarily visit during Family Night, especially during the spring and summer. Nothing's better than a 1/2 priced cheeseburger and 1/2 priced milkshake on a warm summer night!”

“Having a drive thru pickup option is really good. I initially put in absurd Extras on pizza, and I was given a courtesy call and was informed that the base wouldn't hold the toppings and was given an option to change the order. Service was amazing and the lady I spoke with was courteous.”
