(March 11, 2019, 4:17 pm)My engagement ring I’ve had for almost 20 years was jacked!!! Prongs flattened like pancakes close to losing my diamond. Took it in to get worked on getting new prongs and getting it polished. When it was handed to me, it looked like it did when I first got it brand NEW!! Falls did an excellent job and I would recommend them to all that needs jewelry work done...

(January 30, 2019, 5:38 am)Totally worth the drive! I read several online reviews before choosing a jeweler to do my repairs. So glad I chose Falls! The service was excellent just as the other reviewers said. Trusting my family heirlooms to just anyone is not something I would do. It was a little bit of a drive from Charlotte, but worth it.
(January 19, 2019, 2:49 pm)Top notch service and workmanship. We had two family diamonds reset and the end result with both was beautiful. Sam Falls and his staff are very approachable and helpful. One of the diamonds was reset in an entirely new setting for which we received a video preview. The other was set in an old setting of mine and honestly looked better than the original. We could not be more pleased and we will certainly return for future purchases.
(January 18, 2019, 5:14 pm)I had a customer pendant made from my mom’s ring. It turned out beautifully and I could not be happier with the service. They treated us like family and I now have a third generation piece to pass down to my daughters.
I highly recommend Falls to anyone that wants both an excellent product and service!!!
