“I have had an account with BB&T for 22 years. In those 22 years my experience with your bank was always good. However on Tuesday March 5, 2019 the level of service I received that day was SUPERIOR! All due to the efforts of your colleague AVP Crystal M. Gainous! She assisted me with a payment issue involving BB&T and my credit card company. Crystal made a conference call to the company in my presence, verified the information, took notes and resolved the issue in 15 minutes. She partnered with me by actively engaging the associate to find the root of the problem and offered assistance on how to avoid this from happening in the future. It's rare these days to find quality customer service, let alone someone who will go the extra mile to help while not benefiting themselves.
