“I rented over the weekend for a trip to the beach. I gave 4 stars because the 2018 KIA Soul they rented to me was excellent and the gas mileage was phenomenal. However the customer service of the front desk is lacking. I've rented from enterprise for years, mostly due to convenience. I scheduled an 8 am pickup, they were 15 minutes late. This is the first time an attendant did the pre rental inspection without me. I made him do it again. You should never rent without noting the existing damage on their vehicle. Enterprise gives you the option to use a credit or a debit card for the rental. However, if you pay with a debit card, they now charge a $200 deposit that is not mentioned on the website nor do they tell you when you call nor before they swipe your card. The total rental charge is going to show up as whatever price quoted plus $200, then they refund $200 after you return the vehicle. Thrifty travelers be aware - make sure you plan for that additional charge in your trip budget.”

“Kai was very nice and made my experience easy and uncomplicated... I was hesitant at first because of the reviews however I'm glad I chose this location. I reserved, and he had everything right there as if he knew when I was walking in the door. Prompt service and attentive to my car rental needs. Fast and easy process. Another gentleman I would mention however I only somehow remember his last name initial "D" nevertheless they both displayed great customer service.”
