As a dad, the birth experience can feel helpless at times. Not always sure how to help or support. Having Sabrina with us throughout our journey not only offered my wife support, but helped create space for me to be more present, caring, and supportive. She was directive, but not forceful. Strong, yet gentle. Her knowledge and preparedness gave us a sense of calm while preparing us for the reality of the birthing process. I would highly recommend Sabrina and Q City Doula to anyone who is looking to be more intentional and present in the birth process!

I am so thankful to have had Sabrina on my birthing team. She is positive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She provided great advice and support throughout my pregnancy and was there for me with texts, phone calls and visits. Sabrina went above and beyond with extra details such as soft lighting and essential oils and worked hard at following our birth plan and ensuring everything went as smooth as possible. I had such a wonderful, positive birthing experience and I can attribute that to my doulas!

Sabrina is the absolute best doula to have on your team! I could not have been more pleased with her and her ability to help me through my 20+ labor with my second child. Her coaching and counting truly made labor so much more easier and I will forever be thankful our paths crossed together. We had a fantastic experience with Sabrina! It was my first time encapsulating my placenta (2nd child) and she was so helpful at walking us through the process. She turned around my placenta so quickly, and showed up to deliver everything before we even left the hospital! She is extremely professional and showed true care for us. Would highly recommend using her services, and I’ve felt so great postpartum this time around!
