All of the trainers at Afton are amazing, they get to know you and push you to do better/more as well as encourage you through the whole workout. There’s also great community at this location and lots of friendly people! The workouts are challenging but super fun and you always feel accomplished after you finish. They have great weekly challenges for whole gym with lots of giveaways, but you’re only ever competing against yourself, which I love. Overall I love 9 round more than any other workout class/gym membership I’ve tried. This is a quick workout but really effective, easy to fit into my schedule and they’re even really friendly and great with my kid!”
