The best of both worlds ! I am, what many would consider an unfortunate soul, who is required to visit my pharmacy at least 3 days of every single week of every year, due to my serious, terminal condition. And I’ve been a customer of MANY previous CVS locations for years, who ALL would act like they did not even know my name, even though they had made hundreds of thousands of dollars off of my prescriptions .. but This CVS is Completely Different! They didn’t just work to know all of my prescriptions and they actually caught an interaction previously missed, but just as important, they taught me that personal customer service still exists, that just because someone does not know you yet, does not mean they don’t care about you, and that helped to heal me, just as much as the medication❤️”
