“This was our first time at Hope Crossing - based on reviews we chose the right place! From first interaction to the last - they were friendly, efficient and always catering to your pup. They usher you right into a room - less anxiety and stress for my Healer vs the waiting room with multiple animals. We travel a lot and our last Vet appt was in Reno, NV - we brought Zippy in for her updated vaccines and a few other goodies. They offered to do a flu shot and there was no copay due to my insurance, so I got a very quick and painless flu shot. “I get regular prescriptions and get 90days at a time. I normally put in refills (when they have refill on file) 3-4 days in advance and they are usually done the day after I call them in. If the medicine I need doesn’t have any refills left I again call 3-4 days in advance of when I actually will be out of it so they have time to contact the doctor for refills. Normally they have it ready within a day or two if me calling it in. As far as getting a new prescription, I will drop it off and pick it up the next day. Otherwise, you have to wait a while. And like someone else said, don’t go near closing time especially when they are closing for lunch. They will not take time to get your prescription even if it’s ready. I haven’t had anyone that was rude to me, but I find that what you give is what you get back. And I have heard the way some people talk to the techs and quite honestly think they deserve what they get back!”

“I just had to share what a completely wonderful experience my son and I had at this pharmacy today. We had two separate appointments at two different times for a vaccine. The pharmacist was so friendly and remembered some details I mentioned about my son at my appointment early in the day and mentioned those things to my son at his late appointment, to my son's delight. He gave my son a little bag of goodies for doing a good job being brave. As we sat on a bench outside the pharmacy eating some of the goodies right away, per my son's request, we noticed a sweet interaction of a pharmacy tech coming around to the customer side of the window from inside the pharmacy to greet and comfort a customer. It's truly refreshing to see this level of personal care.”
