“I had ordered online through the Taco Bell app to get their best pricing and deals. When I arrived the dining room had just closed so we went through the drive through to obtain our order. We were the only ones in the drive through lane and it took us about 20 minutes after ordering online to arrive at Taco Bell and yet when we arrived they couldn't locate our online order and so needless to say nothing was ready to go. But the lady and younger gentleman working that night, did quickly get our order and saw finally it was already paid for and then they got our order ready. Food was fresh and hot and everything was correct!”
