I went in just to purchase 3 replacement watchbands and normally with that request you get the "ole brush off " and a point to the back of the store where the bands are; YET I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when I was greeted by a very warm and friendly associate " ALLISON BEACH " who not only spent time with me asking about my band preferences and such, but also volunteered to have then start putting the first watchband, while I continued to pick out the others - I was so impressed with the level of care I received that I decided to shop for a NEW WATCH while I was there. Needless to say I now have a NICE new Citizen's watch, 3 new bands for my Seiko's, and A GREAT EXPERIENCE to remember the Jewelry Exchange by. As a matter of fact this morning my wife mentioned having to go downtown to get a few batteries for her watches, so I redirected her to stop by The Jewelry Exchange instead.
