She's like a mother to some of us younger owners/tenents. She's kind & caring where the park needs it but also firm & outspoken where the park needs it. Woodland is always clean & well taken care of. The events for the children and teens are always something that's a priority. We all come together as a community & help one another where needed. My neighbors are the best. We have zero crime in our park & everyone of every age always feels safe. I'm proud to be an owner of a mobile home in Woodland Estates & would recommend my community to anyone wanting to live in a family oriented environment. All ages, races & nationalities being able to build a community as awesome as ours has been a true blessing to have moved into.”
