321 RV Park

One of the best rv parks that we have stayed in and we have stayed in many due to my husband’s work. It’s extremely clean and well kept. I also want to me that it is gated and very safe. Shannon is wonderful and accommodating. I highly recommend this rv park.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months during my travel RN assignment. This park is quiet, clean, has a country feel, and all sites are spacious. Shannon was great and very accommodating. They are adding more sites and amenities. I would definitely recommend this park for short and long term stays.

321 RV Park
Is a Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Utilities all worked perfectly and are in good shape. Roads are wide enough and we had plenty of parking for our extra vehicle. Loved that there are no smoky fire pits so we could open windows and breathe at night. It’s also a well maintained park. We are fully self contained, so did not miss a central bathroom, shower, laundry - except when the tornado warnings came through. Then we found a big brick church to park next to. Security felt fine to us - even spent a couple of nights with our kids in Charlotte and didn’t worry. We have two hot spots and only used the park WiFi a few times, but it worked fine too. We picked up our mail (general delivery) in Hickory and groceries in Lincolnton.

New, clean RV park with great Wi-Fi and gated for security. Located a mile off US 321 and only a few miles from I-40. Conveniently located near several large towns and cities. The owners are very friendly, professional and visible. Big rig friendly with picnic table provided. Expansion is in progress for amenities in the future like laundry and pavilion. We highly recommend this RV park and plan to stay again when in the area. Reservations are required in advance !

Loved this RV park. It was my home for the last 3 months while travel nursing. The sites are rather large, wifi is good and Shannon was AMAZING to work with. Each site has a concrete pad that is large and a picnic table. They also have a cute fire pit, corn hole, playground and community area. No other amenities really, but my camper is self contained so it was no big deal. Beautiful views and very quiet campground. Highly recommend!
