Everything was explained to me including the cost of the services before the procedure began. I was given options so that I could decide what was within my budget. Dentist and assistant worked well together and she explained everything as she was doing it. Office personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend DentalWorks in Hickory.”

The staff was brilliantly kind and respectful of my dental issues. I am one of those that do not numb easily, yet Dr. Smith was patient and was able to actually numb me. The procedure was quick and absolutely painless. I made sure to thank the staff for being so professional and kind. Wishing I knew about them sooner or I wouldn't have so many teeth issues. Several things that I have noticed and wanted to take the time to share about Dr. Hatchett are that He and his staff actually provide the environment and personal touch that others with the fancy commercials promise but dont really quite deliver. Sadly no one really likes going to the dentist, its a draw back to his profession, I guess. If you have a dentist or needing one I urge you to do yourself a favor ( SWITCH ) Like myself you will be amazed at how well they treat and make you feel. Great Ole school values and quality of service are alive and well at Dr. Hatchetts office.”
