“My experience was quite different than others that reviewed this office. I showed up 25 minutes early due to the reviews and also praying I would get seen on time. I walked in the office, proceeded to the counter and the front desk receptionist smiled as she asked for my information and then I was given paperwork to fill out. Upon returning the paperwork I sat back down and about 5 mins, maybe 10 minutes at the most and thats truly stretching the time. The side door opens and a nurse called my name. I was in the back and completed the exam and was spoken to about any and all options and back on my way to complete my remaining errands of the day in 2 hours or less and I want to add that I am stretching the time as I did not time this visit. This is only a memory and I want to emphasize that the 2 hour limit is stretching the time as much as I can. The front desk receptionist was very polite, the nurses were wonderful as well and the doctor was well Informed and gave me plenty of options, answered all my questions and explained everything to me where I felt completely comfortable with this appointment and this office.”

“Wow! What a great orthodontic office! We were referred here by our family dentist and we could not be happier with our experience! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist when I called to schedule the appointment and was able to be seen in a very timely manner. I was greeted by another friendly receptionist when I arrived with my kiddos and checked in. The office is very clean, bright and open. What first struck me as impressive and rare is the eye contact. Everyone makes eye contact and introduces themselves! Everyone is so personable and professional and efficient. I was there for a consultation but was treated as though I was a long time patient. Staff stopped by to introduce themselves; even the first receptionist whom I spoke to on the phone. She even remembered small but important details just from our brief conversation. Another thing I really appreciated was the thoroughness and attention to detail. Every step was explained in a clear way. My son knew what to expect and where I would be and what was going on. They talked to him just like they talked to me and I greatly appreciated that...so did he! Baby sis was in tow and she was made over and included too! The sweet young lady who took x rays and pictures for the evaluation was precise, knowledgeable and professional while maintaining a friendly and personable interaction. The evaluation screen for when the doctor came in was set up professionally and clear for us to view and see. Dr. Leonardo Koerich had already stopped by our room to introduce himself while we were being evaluated and was just as friendly and professional when he came in for the consultation. He is very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated his evaluation and his approach with our dental needs. We will 100% be back and I will not hesitate to go to him should we have any other orthodontic needs with any member of my family. My son enjoyed the reward system and I thought it was fun and tastefully done! I am quite particular when it comes to doctors and doctor offices in the health/medical/dental field and do not give recommendations lightly. I am happy to absolutely recommend Koerich Orthodontics! From start to finish was beyond expectation and we look forward to continuing our orthodontic care with them!”

“My husband and I love this office and would recommend them to anyone. My husband like many others has bad anxiety when it comes to going to any dentist. We explained his history and they made it a point to make sure he was comfortable and relaxed. I have never seen him as relaxed as he was at this dentist. They took their time, were professional, honest and easy to talk to. I was able to go back and sit in the room with him while he got his root canals, which meant a lot. In my opinion this was the best experience you could have while getting 2 root canals done in 1 sitting. I highly recommend them.”

“I've been to 4 dentists from obx to Chesapeake and Dr. Thompson and his staff are definitely the best for many reasons. The lovely woman at the desk is helping me get through the insurance process and giving me estimates prior to work being done! The hygienist was very thorough and answered all my questions and the dentist actually made sure I understood exactly what was young on in my mouth! And asked if I really understood, then indicated that some scheduled work in VA was not necessary at this time. I was speechless, great place, great people, great work!”
