Dan DiFranco and his team did an AMAZING job on our bathroom and bedrooms! The bathroom was a total gut job. They worked so hard and got the job done super fast. I knew exactly what I wanted (tile, shower, vanity, etc.) but Dan even suggested a shower niche and open shelves. The niche is the perfect size for all of our shower essentials and the open shelves are perfect for the small size of the bathroom. They even took out a living room closet to extend the bathroom since it’s the only bathroom in the house. My husband even calls our bathroom “so fancy” because it just looks so good. The before and after pictures will leave you speechless. Dan DiFranco definitely goes above and beyond and does such a great job. Thank you Dan and team!!!

My husband was in the hospital for several months, and we needed grab bars installed in our tile shower for when he came home. Dan did an excellent job installing the bars, and we felt much better about my husbands safety, and were very happy with the quality of work.

I cannot say enough good things about Dan DiFranco of DiFranco Construction. He built us a beautiful Trex Deck and we could not be happier with his work.

He also went above and beyond when Hurricane Michael dropped a few trees on our house and damaged our brand new deck AND our roof! He sent his crew over the day we called him (we were in Italy and in a complete panic, as we had no idea of the scope of damage yet) and tarped our roof to prevent further water damage.

He also helped out one of our neighbors as contractors were in short supply, and helped us battle our insurance company. I highly recommend Dan for not only his capabilities, but his work ethic as well. We consider ourselves lucky for finding him and just wanted to pass that on 👍

Dan added a dining room and a sun room to our home a few years ago and we are very pleased with it. Recently We had a leak in our roof and i called him. He was out of town tending to his father but he referred me to Chapel Hill Roofing, who just happened to be in the area.They were here and out in about an hour and a half. All good. Thanks Dan!
