Scheduling was simple (a quick phone call), I got a text reminder, and the services were affordable. I wasn’t pressured to purchase additional services or surprised with fees. I was greeted by my name when I came back to pay and retrieve my vehicle, which is a great personal touch for this local business. Highly recommend!
(February 1, 2023, 10:31 am)I had a screw in a tire on my SUV. Brown's fitted me into their very busy schedule on the same day I called. They repaired the tire, replaced the spare tire, and stowed the spare correctly. The service charge was extremely reasonable and the service folks were very professional and customer facing.
