Ross and Chris couldn't be more competent, helpful, or accommodating. They run a great shop and explain whatever is needed regarding their work. Don't hesitate to bring your car or truck here!

I had a flat tire a few minutes from Jordan Lake Auto Repair. I put on the spare and called to see if they could get me in to fix my tire. They were so nice and told me to bring it right over. They plugged my tire quickly and we’re gracious about the fact that I had my two little boys and two dogs with me at the time. While I was there I noticed that a second tire looked low as well. They took it off and found a piece of metal and plugged that one for me as well - all free of charge despite me messing up their schedule for a good hour. I definitely recommend them.

Ross and Chris are truly the best! They are thorough, thoughtful and expert mechanics. They are incredibly fair and kind and I couldn't recommend them enough! They have done oil changes, brakes, and overall maintenance on my truck and I trust them completely.

I had a scary brake loss problem and Ross diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. My local auto shop from now onwards.

4/21 Update: Once again Ross and his team saved the day for me. I had a small but persistent oil leak on my Toyota and by the time I got the vehicle to JLAR I was almost out of oil. Ross and team diagnosed the problem - a cracked pipe - and fixed it with a replacement part the next day. The vehicle is running fine now. Prices are very reasonable too.
