It gave me a roof over my head and a safe home for my kids that allowed them to dream as big as there little minds can dream. Housing did there job by checking the home I was in and make not only me but the landlord responsible for repairs. Which taught me and my kids to be responsible with property or pay. She double checked everything she could and ensured me she would call me back if she found anything out about my order. Teresa has single handedly restored my patience and I will now wait as long as it takes for those tires as long as she gets some sort of raise haha. But seriously give Teresa a raise!”

“Been looking for a good Vietnamese bakery for a while because the store stuff isn't the same as fresh made. I am so happy because the steamed layer cake has the flavor and consistency I've been looking for. The store ones are more gummy and blend like one jelly and the middle parts aren't great. The staff was nice and quick with my order which is made at the door no going in so much more convient. They have a picture of the items they have on a little menu. These bakery items made here are so delicious and the steamed rice cake was spongy and light very yummy. Also tried the cassava cake which was warm and had a lightly crunchy top really good to try. It was very good price for how much I got today. I definitely will be driving the 40 mins from LA to come again thank you for a lovely visit. beyond happy thank you BTW they are open daily from 9am to 6pm.”

“I have been taking my little fur baby Oreo to the grooming salon here for over a year. Melissa M. Has been Oreo’s groomer this entire time and she is WONDERFUL. She treats my baby as if he was her own. She has also given me tons of advice and product recommendations to care for him and his hair in between appointments. I couldn’t imagine bringing him anywhere else. The staff is also so great with Oreo. Every singe person I have come into contact with at the salon has always been so courteous and helpful. They really make me feel comfortable leaving my pup in their hands. And he always looks so adorable once he’s finished. Thanks for everything guys.”
