  My Mom fell in the middle of the night and fractured a hip. I called 911 and the EMS team was here within 5-10 minutes. They are efficient and professional while showing compassion and patience. Not only did they get her to the hospital, but when I brought her home, they were at my door as soon as I called to get her back upstairs in the house. They were also there to help when she had a follow-up doctor appointment. Three weeks later she had another emergency and they handled it the same way as the first. I think over the last few weeks, we have interacted with every shift at this station. I cannot express enough how much their care and compassion means. Corolla Fire Station 61 is the best out there.

  Had a fire alarm that kept going off in the middle of the night, they came out to check it out even though we couldn't find anything wrong. They were good about it...took the bad detector offline and explained it's common. Thanks guys.

  What a great team! We had a incident with our 4 year old daughter while on vacation. Their response time was less than 5 minutes from calling 911. They also checked in on her at the hospital (which is 45 minutes away).

  We recently had an emergency that this team responded to, and although my family and I were a nervous wreck, this team handled the emergency professionally, calmly and with the utmost care. What I found profound was how well they worked together during the emergency. I pray that this team won't ever have to respond to an emergency, but if they do, I promise you and your family will be in good hands. Thank you for all that you do!

  I believe this was the right station. My mom got hurt right after arriving at our beach house on corolla dr. These guys were very nice and made me feel like she was in good hands as i was very worried with how much blood she lost. She had to get 10 stitches in her leg. She raved about how caring they were in the ambulance. We appreciate you guys!
