“The kind cup is by far one of the cutest coffee shops I’ve been to. The art selection only added to this adorable atmosphere and many ceramic pieces could make wonderful gifts. The coffee itself was very good. I personally got a lavender honey latte and, unlike many coffee shops, it had strong delicious flavor. However the shop is a bit cramped and as many people come in to get a cup it is not for the claustrophobic type. It is also a bit nerve racking feeling like a wrong move could accidentally knock into and destroy art pieces on display. But despite this fact, the coffee shop has a wonderful, beautiful outdoor area. There are beautiful flowers growing outside and, as you sit outside on the patio, you can see a beautiful landscape in front of you.”

“My Mom fell in the middle of the night and fractured a hip. I called 911 and the EMS team was here within 5-10 minutes. They are efficient and professional while showing compassion and patience. Not only did they get her to the hospital, but when I brought her home, they were at my door as soon as I called to get her back upstairs in the house. They were also there to help when she had a follow-up doctor appointment. Three weeks later she had another emergency and they handled it the same way as the first. I think over the last few weeks, we have interacted with every shift at this station. I cannot express enough how much their care and compassion means. Corolla Fire Station 61 is the best out there.”

Fun location, amazing food (everything was hot and perfectly seasoned and crispy), and they even gave the kids crackers so that they could go and feed the turtles. We’ll be back.”

“Great shop, very helpful to people new to ocean fishing! It can be hard when all your use to is river fishing. Went on a charter on sound water for 4 hours and had a blast. The captain was hilarious and the crew member was super awesome. They literally do everything for you. If we go back to Corolla, will definitely be using them again. 😃”

His room/bathroom are always clean and the bed made up, I have never found him not to be bathed and shaved fully dressed with shirt tail tucked in. They encourage him to participate in the activities. The admin staff was very helpful in navigating Social Services and Medicaid”
