The owner is always running around. I would recommend this place to anyone because even though the owner is always running around him and his employees know what they are doing and that have your vehicle done in less than 30 minutes unless they are busy. The longest time I have had to wait on my vehicle is 1 or 2 days but it is worth the wait because I know my vehicle is in good hands.

Always had good service but now it's hard to get an appointment bcuz if their covid hours

I was from out of the area and had an alternator go bad in my Acura. Welcome Tire replaced the alternator. About 1 month later, the alternator was going bad again. It was determined that the first alternator had a problem. Welcome Tire worked with my local shop to ensure that the alternator was replaced under warranty and then covered the labor cost for my shop to replace it. You can't find better customer service than that. Thanks!
