“Tony came out on a Friday to troubleshoot a GE oven that stopped working. He was able to determine what the problem was very quickly. Said he would order the part, and would come back as soon as the part came in. Turn around time was estimated to be about a week. I got a call on the following Tuesday to say that the part had come in and that he would come and install it the following day (much quicker than the week turn around time). There were a lot and Johnny and David gave me a very fair estimate and even worked the car in to be all repaired and painted by Christmas Eve since it was a gift to my grandson from my Dad. Only took them 3 1/2 days. Car looks brand new. They matched the paint perfectly ..even the stripes on car matched. I will always recommend them to anyone. They are great and very reasonable. They are very caring, they work with you, they have compassion for the job. Dr.Brown is the best at what he does and he makes you feel good about your choices, as well as your results. Recommend this place for anyone needing any dental help(missing teeth, ect). I should mention they do not take insurance, it is out of pocket; but you can request an Invoice of Services preformed and turn it in to your dental insurance. Other that that, this is an amazing place. I cannot speak for any other locations, but the Lexington NC location is 5 star worthy.”

“Mike is honest, searches out quality cars with minor damage to purchase, does quality repairs and paintings, and provides detailed results of the inspection he conducts on major parts of the vehicle (i.e. tire wear, brakes etc) and the repair work he did on the vehicle. He also is the most honest dealer I have ever met as far as pricing. Another extremely important aspect of Mike's way of conducting his sales is that he stands by his work and if he accidentally missed something he repairs it without reservation and it becomes one of his highest priorities. I always walk away feeling that I have been treated like he would like to be treated when he goes to purchase something. In short, an ethical man that reminds you of the past that is so absent in today's businesses. As the need arises, my first choice is to go to Mike and fully expect I will have purchased one of his vehicles. If there is any reason that I don't drive it off the lot is my fault because I left the checkbook at home.”
