“Loved the experience with Elliott Florist recently. I wanted to pick something out for my wife's birthday. Jackie told me exactly how to pick out what I wanted, and once I was done to call back and she could make it for me no problem. I found what I wanted and Jackie(called me by name❤) said she could make what I wanted. It gets even better, we recently had some pending inclement weather and Jackie called to see if I would like to have it delivered earlier just in case. I thought wow, what a great idea to be on the safe side. My wife was very surprised and happy with the arrangement of flowers. “John and his staff are absolutely amazing. The day I went to get flowers ordered I was a complete sobbing mess. Through my tears he asked me patiently what I was needing and for what occasion. And again with tears in my eyes I told him they were for my infant grandson who passed away at birth. He and his staff not only talked to me they comforted me with their words. I showed him pictures of what I needed and he so kindly said no problem they’ll be there. They gave me hugs and said it’ll be ok. On the day of my grandsons funeral they arrived beautifully like I wanted. Everyone complimented them. Hernon Flowers has my business as a happy customer. To run a business is one thing but to have shown me compassion in my darkest moment went up and above being a florist. John and staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💙🦋”
