“Best closing experience I've ever had (at least on this portion of it). I've never lived in a state where lawyers handled home sales before, but this was great. When I think of lawyers, it doesn't generally give me a happy feeling. But this office changed my mind. He was friendly, intelligent, clearly knew what he was doing, and was even able to fix the screwup our mortgage representative made (she screwed up our closing date on her end and waited too long to send us a time-critical document which could have easily made us miss our closing by a couple of days if I hadn't caught it when immediately upon receiving some paperwork from her that listed the wrong date, and if the law office hadn't stepped in to help). Working with actual lawyers is likely the only reason that was possible. Fabulous job. I'd give more stars if it would let me (the ones that I wouldn't give to the mortgage officer).”
