Employees show great initiative with new clients and the experience was very good. The employee answered all my questions and went over the documents carefully.

John went to extremes to be accommodating and remained very cheerful throughout. My movers took a very long time and John stayed late and showed me various sized units and gave be much better service than I expected and certainly didn’t deserve, but I was stuck between the proverbial rock and hard place between the movers and the clock. He completely bailed me out!

I was assisted by associate whose name was Todd. He was extremely helpful , polite and efficient! He made the process very easy and quick. The experience was very professional and Todd was courteous and competent!.
