I must admit to some trepidation in purchasing a 6 figure vehicle from a used car dealer in North Carolina while I reside in Florida. I had all sorts of nightmare images of a dilapidated broken down Porsche 911S being delivered to my doorstep and me having no recourse. However, after speaking at length with Jose, and especially with their Porsche specialist Scott, I felt that HBI was a legitimate concern worthy of my business. And they passed with flying colors. They promptly delivered a mechanically perfect 3 year old car that looks and drives like it's brand new. A nice touch was the full gas tank. Every promise made was a promise kept. I didn't get a bargain, I wasn't looking for one, but I did get a fine automobile at a fair price. They have earned my trust and I believe that they will earn yours also.

I'm an old salt, and have purchased many cars and other motorized vehicles in my lifetime. Working with HBI was a very pleasant experience. I would add that their team went out of there way to accommodate me. Emilio and Luscious were super helpful and were totally professional, yet added a personal touch that made the overall transaction pleasant. They answered all of my questions and were knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought. The bottom line is they care about their customers and will do whatever it takes to keep the entire buying process fun, yet on a professional level. Emilio greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. After some conversation he gave us the brief history. Which was rather fascinating if I'm honest. From there was a tour of the facility. He told us each mechanics name as well as how long they had been there.
After the tour he showed us the 911 we inquired about. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to treat my wife and I.
I've never had a "dealership" experience quite like this.
HBi will be where we purchase our Porsche (s) and where they will be service religiously

I recently purchased a Ferrari from HBI Auto. I usually do not like dealing with dealerships (I’m a long time Tesla owner) but I can say I had a very positive experience. HBI could not have been more helpful, responsive and accommodating. They had no objection to me having an independent PPI done at a shop of my choosing, one that was rather far away—they even helped me arrange transport there. No shadiness, no funny business, 5 stars.
