I highly recommend Flow with Ellese, Alaina, and Lee in Durham. Hannah’s early morning flow class in Durham is great too! Alexandra’s Pilates class in Carrboro is amazing. I love this studio for being chill and laid back, local, small, and not corporate. They offer something for everyone - beginners to advanced.”
