“The level of care and compassion from Dr. B is outstanding! He really takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure u are comfortable. I never feel rushed when I go see him and can honestly say this is the only doctor I have seen that listened to my concerns AND tried to come up with a way to help. Tia is also great. She went above and beyond to make sure my prior authorization was cleared after my surgery had to be delayed because of it (no fault of hers). She stayed in touch with me throughout the process and even stayed late one day trying to get it completed. She remained professional at all times even when I wasn’t the nicest.
