(December 1, 2017, 10:55 am)I was just at the office today. The directions should clearly state that the office is in the Parking Deck. The office is in the back of the first floor parking complex. The person in the hotel that is next to the parking deck told me she redirects people EVERY DAY. Look for the parking deck on the left and you will be fine. Staff Personnel were very helpful.
