Springwood Park Apartments

I worked with the phenomenal manager, Karina to get into an apartment. She was very warm, knowledgeable and got me and my family approved quickly. I am grateful for her support in this process as I transitioned in to North Carolina. Thanks so much Karina at Springwood!

This is a nice small relaxing community. I have lived in Springwood for more than nine years. Recently I moved into a newly renovated unit in which Hawthorne is doing an amazing job with renovations. At the time the roofs were being repaired. Shortly after I moved in. My apartment was damaged from the rain and the roofers. I was very disappointed. Karina our housing manager assured me that she would make things right, and she did exactly that. Karina (Manager), is a great asset to our community. She is very pleasant and approachable, she understands your concerns. I love my community. I just wish we had more room for parking or designated areas could be more clearly understood. In fairness and regards to all tenants. Come join us.

Mrs. Karina is very kind and professional in what she does. The area is very quiet, only the parking lot is sometimes a bit difficult, but otherwise it is a good and safe area for children and we hope it continues like this

a really relaxing place. The manager is very attentive and professional. Maintenance is working to make the place a beautiful place. I see a lot of potential in that place. Thank you for that kind attention. we visited the city and parks it is well located .
