“Ed was very professional and a great technician. He explained things perfectly. I was pretty nervous about how to use it, and he made me feel very comfortable. As far as the system itself, it works fine. Still don't understand when you turn off the ignition, you have to wait two minutes and test again. Hope the DMV will get rid of that one. It's not useful to anyone. Besides that, great experience with Smart Start in Durham.”

Far, rural east Durham is where it's located and is where everybody gets gas, cigarettes, sodas, beer, bread, chips, snacks, their morning coffee, that one ingredient like baking soda or eggs you can run out and get, or a cool drink when riding your bike to it or past it to a friends house. Growing up I knew it as Popes, has exchanged hands over many times but it's still the neighbor good stop and shop.”

Nothing on her to-do list lingers long, and the action plans we come up with are sensible and affordable. Family Care, PA, itself is affordable. It's a flat rate for certain time slots, which I can afford with a high deductible plan (making most costs out of pocket). The staff is professional and always on top of your file. I've had nothing to complain about. In my experience, Family Care, PA, is an oasis in a mess of an industry. I am also a pretty healthy person with only routine check ins, so I have dealt with this practice in non-crisis and probably pretty common scenarios. They've been great for me, though!”
