“I am very grateful to have found Family Care, PA. I receive primary care from Sarada Schossow, P.A., who is a kind, knowledgeable, and diligent advisor on several medical concerns I've presented. Nothing on her to-do list lingers long, and the action plans we come up with are sensible and affordable. Family Care, PA, itself is affordable. It's a flat rate for certain time slots, which I can afford with a high deductible plan (making most costs out of pocket). The staff is professional and always on top of your file. I've had nothing to complain about. In my experience, Family Care, PA, is an oasis in a mess of an industry. I am also a pretty healthy person with only routine check ins, so I have dealt with this practice in non-crisis and probably pretty common scenarios. They've been great for me, though!”

“We had a very contentious case, and my x had unrealistic ideas about how things were going to turn out for her in court. This is pretty common as lawyers tend to be very supportive of unrealistic expectations. Dr. Sortisio did detailed interviews with everyone along with psychological evaluations. In her report, she gave a solid and unbiased breakdown of all of the details, and gave a clear recommendation to the court on a custody plan. Since these recommendations are taken strongly by the court, it basically meant that we could easily settle out of court using the findings in the report. If your x is going litigation crazy, and if you don't want to deal with the court system anymore, have them agree to use Dr. Sortisio (and be sure to have them pay for half the cost). This can be all added to any temporary custody order. She will sort everything out for you, and make it easy to settle or if need be, have a hearing that is steered by the results. She won't be nice, and doesn't give the sugary feeling many psychologists give to clients, but she will be fair.”
