“I booked the Duke Suite for my birthday. It was dark when I arrived so I couldn't see how beautiful this place was. It wasn't until the next day after this amazingly scrumptious breakfast that I was able to walk through the lovely gardens and inhale this place natural beauty. Even with snow dusting the ground this place still managed to shine. All the staff including the owners made me feel so welcomed. I really enjoyed this birthday getaway right down to the cake that was prepared for me and placed in the room so elegantly. This place is truly a hidden gem that I will most definitely recommend to anyone wanting peace and tranquility away from the norm. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks Ron!”

We ended up having to pull up the carpet and clean & seal the sub floor, but the odor was gone and the job was completed quickly. “I absolutely and highly recommend PTAC. They staff is always friendly and Chuck goes above and beyond in making me feel like home when I am there. They even take care of my daughter who's in college, when she needs it. I feel I can always trust them and never had to worry about being taken advantage of. The prices are definitely cheaper in comparison to the place I used prior to them (down the street) and they let you know what other things you may need, but not pushing it on you or scaring you into feeling pressured to have the work done. And even with the cheaper prices, the work is always high quality. I've never had to return or had any issues after having our vehicles serviced. Definitely have a continued customer in me!”
