“I am no longer a member because I moved away from Durham, but I cannot say enough good things about this place. 3 years ago I started doing CrossFit and it was there, I had no idea of what I was getting myself into. Before this I was going to the gym on my own and I was running but I kept doing it on and off. I vividly remember telling my wife I wasn't sure I would stay very long, but I wanted to give it a try. 3 years later, I cannot do without CrossFit! This place is awesome.
