It is a 100 year old home in down town durham that needed a ton of love, I heard about them through a family friend and decided to go with them. Mike was awesome at walking me through what needed to happen for this remodel,even handled the mold remediation that surprised us. He could’ve just ripped out the floors that were affected but he was adamant on being thorough and making sure our space was safe, even went ahead and searched the walls as well.
