“I have been a customer there for around 2 years and I love the service, the staff there are helpful, location is always clean, carts are always working and just never an issue. I only gave a 4 because of there operating hours. Their hours resemble to closely normal working hours, which is when most people work 9-5. I always have to store equipment in my car until the next day since they close early and have to leave where I'm at early to get there on time. My other storage is 8-8. That isn't perfect but I can run quick before work and make it after work. They should adopt the same as the other cube smart that I have. But I still do highly recommend them.”

He was very polite & explained the contract to me. I had to upgrade to a larger storage unit yesterday. Oneal made the change from a smaller to larger unit very easy & quick. Once again, he was polite & courteous. I was able to get an unit on the same floor, on the next row. Oneal is the best!”
