The rep took our information on the phone (5 minutes) and told us she would get a locksmith to call us. The smith called (5 minutes), confirmed our information and told us he would be there in 30-35 minutes depending upon traffic. 29 minutes later, he called saying he was out front. He assessed the situation and 5 minutes later, the car was open with no scrapes to the paint or any damage. He was pleasant and efficient. From call to resolution it was ~45 minutes. Very happy.”
