He listened to my concerns and addressed each and every one of them. The office staff were flexible and got me in extremely quick. Everyone was kind and straight forward. Sarah did my cleaning and fit me into her schedule when I was there for other concerns. Upper management is clearly invested in their clinic and their employees. Paid in full for yesterday, no teeth yet. Ok, teeth!! Now for reality check. Each of the 4 times I was in the chair, every staff person treated me like I was the only patient they had. There was no rush, just patience and actually listening to what I had to say. I decided on the full set of Ultra, and here, one week later, am exceptionally pleased. “I had such a wonderful interaction with Dr. Agnes Schindler! I was very concerned that my baby daughter had lip and tongue ties which needed to be lasered and I wanted to set up a consultation. This was all very tricky during COVID and I was too nervous to bring my newborn anywhere. Dr. Schindler came highly recommended in Minneapolis so I reached out online, but she was on maternity leave herself. I was so surprised when called me the next day and spent almost an hour on the phone even though she she had her own newborn and other children as well! The conversation was beyond helpful and she reviewed all the photos/videos that I forwarded. I am so grateful for her time and expertise - it truly helped me make the right decision!”

“This place is awesome! The entire staff is superior, but Doc Hanson is a certified MMMBop badass Dental Ninja. I called and had an appointment for an emergency crown replacement that same day. I walked in looking like one of the characters from Tiger King and left later with a full-on new zirconium crown. Everything was done in house and that day, with state of the art, space age equipment. Look at that stuff! I'm pretty sure they can clone people in that lab. They were all, "oh you need a new crown? No problem here you go... oh wait.. not the right shade andddd were done" Put a little glue on it, zap it with gamma-rays, and I was out the door opening beer bottles with this baby in under 2 hours.”
