“I mostly come here for food/snacks. Chose-your-own-toppings option for hot dogs is great. Like the mozerella sticks and cheese fries. Staff are always nice and helpful when I am there at night. Indoor and outdoor eating areas. Hand sanitizer pumps near doors. Clean store. Always open. I love that there is an air pump for tires also; very useful.”

“I found out about this 76 Gas Station about a year ago when I moved from North Raleigh to Morrisville. I go there mainly for lottery tickets and gas but I do get their coffee on my days off and it’s pretty good. They also have a grill for breakfast and lunch and their breakfast biscuits and sandwiches are very good but I have yet to eat lunch there. It can get very busy there in the morning but doesn’t take them long to get your biscuit made. The morning staff are very friendly with a down-home southern hospitality! The evening staff are nice to oh but they’re definitely not as busy in the evenings. I can imagine the lunch crowd is probably busy too if the food is as good as it is at breakfast. Hours of Operation are not posted on Google maps but sign on window states they are open from 6AM to 11PM, 7 days-a-week.”

“These folks are always friendly and smiling when I come in. Business is almost always brisk but the folks working there are friendly and unflappable when I have been there. I like coming here & have always found the lot clean, the trash cans are usually empty. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Good selection of snacks & drinks, even fresh fruit & hoop cheese. I would choose this gas station even if it was NOT the only place in Rougemont that I have a gas credit card for. Keep it going folks and thanks for all the hard work you put in to keep everything running smoothly!!!! Very much appreciated.”

“Good prices but limited store. Vending machines are also available outside though, which is nice. I've never checked, but I don't think you can even go inside. It looks like you just walk up to a window if you need the attendant or want to buy something from inside. Also, only 4 regular pumps for gas and a small area so it gets crowded fairly often. But that's the "price" you pay for good prices, I suppose. It's a neat little spot though. I like getting gas there fairly often”

“Great, friendly people. The electronic display on each pump feels a little out-dated. It can be a bit of a pain to read. Also if you're apart of the Shell rewards program you can't manually enter your account info at the pump. (i.e of your rewards card is not working) Otherwise, it's a great place. Local family owns the store.”

The store had the usual fare, drinks, chips, snacks and beer, etc., fountain drinks and self service coffee, well stocked, ATM, lotto & air machine. Unisex bathroom for patrons only. “Let's start with the bad. I have had a couple bad experiences here, but they were on nights that the staff were overwhelmed. For example, on the 4th of July only part of my order was made. In their defense, the employees working that night were slammed since all the other local options were closed. Customer service refunded my missing items, so overall it was just a bit of an inconvenience. Most nights I get great service and delicious food here. Tonight (1/26/2022) the cashier even asked if I needed a straw and brought it to me as I was about to walk out the door. I really think you will have a very tough time finding a better Sheetz or late night snack provider in this area.”
