They were good listeners who seemed very devoted to helping their patients. The one thing I didn't like was that the office is tucked away in the back of a business complex which made it tricky to find even with maps.”

“If you’re looking for a doctor that listens to what you have to say and actually wants the best for you, then this is the office for you. Dr. Madden has been my doctor since I moved to the Winston area years ago and he always treats me like I matter. He doesn’t just throw medicine at you and hope for the best. He actually does his job as a doctor and treats you as a patient/friend and not just someone he’s making money off of. The lady that does their lab in the back is great at her job and makes things quick and painless. The staff working check in and check out as well as answering the phones are the nicest people you’ll talk to all day. This entire office should be the model office for other offices in the area. Kudos to you all! I have no doubt that this is the best office around made up by the best staff around.”

“I absolutely loved living here. There is a trailhead nearby for beautiful riverside hikes. The old factory history mixed with the modern up to date facilities make the style unmatchable. The staff are absolutely incredible. They know your name, they always respond quickly, they're incredibly accommodating for anything that comes up and they're even fun to interact with. I can wholeheartedly say this is the best place I have ever lived.”

“Checking in, everyone pleasant, friendly. Wait time was minimal before I was called back, short wait for Doctor. He was terrific, patient, listened, gave feed back. Easy to have blood draw in office. That was only part that was not great. Admittedly, I am a tough draw, but it wasn't the easiest draw I have had., nor was tech friendly, at all. (I have had A LOT of blood draws done. I give myself a shot every week). Checking out could be streamlined a bit, but being a new office & training was being done...it wasn't bad. Glad it's my new office.”
