“TRUCKERS: Do not try to get in here with a whole rig. It’s tight as it is with just a bobtail and I’m pretty sure I got lucky with that even. As for the gym itself it’s one of the nicest ones I’ve been too in the country. Showers are clean and hot. Staff walking around actually cleaning. All the equipment is brand new and working. Can’t really ask for much more.”

She was welcoming, professional, and thorough in explaining the process, what to expect, and how to maximize its benefit. She was fabulous without overdoing it or appearing to try too hard, which is a rare quality nowadays. I can't say enough about the experience and won't spoil some surprises that await you when you arrive. Just know that as someone who is on what seems like a never ending road to recovery from injuries and the like, this was exactly what I was looking for. If you're trying to take care of that thing that allows you to be you, which I would assume is you, this should be part of your journey”
