“Dr. Charlotte saved my kitty's life yesterday! My cat was acting abnormally and I knew something was wrong. As a first-time client, I called her around 10:20am, she called back at 10:40am and said she could be here by 11am. Her responsiveness and efficiency helped save my cat, who was going into renal failure, from having permanent kidney damage, and she most certainly saved his life! I had never met Dr. Charlotte before, but right away I sensed her intelligence and compassion. I trusted her with my baby fully, and she did not let us down. My cat is doing great today, a complete turnaround from how he was before Dr. Charlotte treated him. She has taken the time to follow up with us and provide extended support, and I appreciate that so much. I will absolutely be using her for all my veterinary needs from now on. She is available 24/7 for emergencies, and for non-emergent visits, it is still good to let your animals get care in the comfort of their own home.”

“My mother has been at Vienna Village for over 4 months and they have surpassed every expectation. I looked after my mother for 2 years in my home until she needed 24 hour care then we looked at my places in Winston-Salem. My only regret is that I did not move her to Vienna Village sooner. I sit with my mother often and see the loving caring staff that takes care of her. They have many long time caretakers and it shows that they look at this as their passion not as their job.”

“By far the most respectful and kind crew of people. These poor guys came out to my home last night due to a CO alarm going off. They struggled to find the cause. They replaced the battery in all the alarms. As soon as the 1st truck pulled out and the second one was getting loaded and doors closed the alarms sounded again. So back everyone came. They were care of the walls with the ladder. They put down a towel for the feet of the ladder on the carpet. They were wanting to pick up the leaves they tracked in. They were all patient and fully of positive energy from the most senior rank to the trainees. One of the crews came back three times while figuring out what was causing the alarms to go off.
