“I was in Winston-Salem for the day this past Saturday, about to head back to Raleigh, when something on the bottom of my car starts scraping the ground. I called around to try to find an open mechanic to take a look. When I spoke to Frank's Garage to try to explain the situation, they said to just bring it by real quick. I pulled up, he told me and my mom to wait in the office, 5 min later he came back and said it was all handled (he just had to remove a cosmetic piece of plastic the manufacturer puts on). I asked how much I owed him, he said he wasn't going to charge me!! Obviously, don't take your car there if you EXPECT free service. But I just feel that was indicative of the way this man run's his business- with integrity and honesty. He's not just going to charge you because he can, like a lot of mechanics do.”

“I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima recently from Pedro. I was on a time crunch so I had to look at a number of vehicles throughout the weekend. I contacted Pedro via Facebook marketplace and set up a time on Sunday to see the vehicle. I later found out that he was with his family at church and took the time out to go meet me. We road tested the car and he was very helpful with my questions and was transparent as well. After driving we agreed upon a good price and he finished all the paperwork.
