It’s a wonderful community! Neighbors are all friendly and this new management is doing a great job enforcing the rules and keeping this community clean and safe. I love how my daughter can go outside and play with her friends and I don’t have to worry about anything happening. It honestly remains me of when I was growing up as a kid. Great place to live 🙏🏽

I have been living here for almost a year(10 months). I love it here. The community is clean, there is a park and a pool. I don't have any problems with my neighbors. A big plus is when I had put in a work order for my wall to be fixed and maintenance came the same day the order was placed, and did a wonderful job the same day as well. I also like how we get a newsletter every month. I would recommend!

Very pleasant and quiet community. Far enough away from the city to have some peace and quiet but not so far as to take an unreasonable amount of time to reach the major attractions of Winston. Gated community is a plus as well as the pool.
