I had to call back the following week when I realized my card was never charged. “Did you know you can get a grilled cheese and add a patty to it with toppings? Well my boyfriend found out on tik tok and let me tell you… it is delicious. I got grilled cheese with 1 patty, mushrooms and onions. It may be even better than a regular burger, which I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommend, and the guy taking our order was really cool too. 5 guys is always a hit!”

This location helped diagnose the issue and given that the other shop refused to take responsibility despite warranty, they suggested that we take it to corporate. After taking it to corporate, we had the whole issue taken care of. Despite them being able to make money off of me, they directed me to where I could get help and have it be taken care of without too much hassle on my end. Many thanks to them.
